Neon Museum tickets: timed entry, sell-outs and refunds
- 60 days
- tickets go on sale ahead
- 15 min
- late and you may lose your slot
If you only want entry, buy a timed ticket on the Neon Museum's own site. The Neon Museum sells timed tickets, released 60 days ahead. They often sell out, and there are no refunds. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your slot.
The museum sells Daytime and Evening admission. Guided tours and the Brilliant! show are sold as add-ons, the museum's site says.
Walk-up tour tickets are limited, the museum says. The combos on our list work differently: both have free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead.
Combo tours: bus or helicopter
A combo is worth the extra if you want a ride there and a look at the Strip too. If you only want the signs, the museum's own ticket is enough.
The Big Bus combo starts from €75. It leaves Treasure Island on an open-top bus and gives you 45 minutes at the museum. Audio commentary covers Las Vegas history.
The helicopter combo starts from €182. It adds hotel pickup, a flight over the lit Strip and a guided tour with the Brilliant! show. Passengers over 300 lbs must buy an extra seat.

Going at night
Both combos run in the evening. The museum is open until 11 p.m. from September to May, and until midnight in summer.
The bus combo also stops at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign for photos.
Where it is and how to get there
The Neon Museum is at 770 Las Vegas Blvd N, north of Downtown. It is not under the Fremont Street canopy, though the two are often mixed up.
From the Strip, the Big Bus combo takes you there and back from Treasure Island. The helicopter combo picks you up at your hotel, but it does not drop you off.
To go on your own, see our guide to getting around Las Vegas. The box office closes one hour before the museum does.
